FAQ’S

  • Move Conference is a student conference for Junior High and High School students from Grades 6 through 12, along with their youth leaders. Whether you’re coming with a youth group, or are joining us on your own, we’d love to have you!

  • Move will take place Friday, October 2nd and all day Saturday, October 3rd, 2026.

  • Move Conference will be held at The City Church at 2700 Argentia Road in Mississauga, Ontario.

  • Free parking is available on-site at The City Church. Our parking team will be available when you arrive to help direct you.

  • Lunch, dinner, and snacks will be provided throughout the conference, and are included in the cost of the ticket!

    If there are any dietary restrictions, we ask that you let us know as soon as you can.

    • Your Bible

    • Notebook + pen

    • Water bottle

    • Anything else communicated by your youth leader

REGIST-RATION

FAQ’S

  • Registration for Move Conference is $79 per student. This includes access to all conference sessions, activities, and meals provided throughout the weekend.


  • Thanks to the generosity of individuals in our City Church family, we are able to offer registration sponsorships to remove barriers for students who would be unable to attend without support.

    If your student requires financial assistance to attend Move Conference, please fill out our Sponsorship Request Form, and someone from our team will be in contact with you!

  • Nope! Your confirmation email is all that is required in order to check in for the conference. Upon check-in you will receive entry wristbands. These wristbands will need to remain on each attendee's wrist throughout the conference weekend.

  • At this time, we are only offering full conference passes.

  • All seating for Move Conference is first come, first served. Come early to grab and reserve seats!

  • We understand that unforeseen events may necessitate canceling your registration, but refunds are not available.
